Below is information for those who have purchased Premium tickets to one of our events.
As a Premium customer, you should use our Premium entrance (Entrance 9) upon arrival, regardless of the entrance stated on your tickets. Door opening time is listed in the event information you received via email and on our website. From there, you will proceed to our Premium area, where you and your party will have a reserved table in the name of the person that booked the tickets. The Premium area has its own seating areas, its own bar and toilets, and restrooms. The show itself will be viewed from seats in the main hall.
If you wish to purchase merchandise, you can ask our staff at the entrance for the nearest sales point (whether merchandise is available for the event is specified in the event information you received via email).
The food that is included will be served when you and your party arrive at the Premium area. You choose when to arrive, but we recommend showing up well before the event starts so that you have enough time to eat before the show begins. The food consists of a street food-inspired sharing menu, with a portion size equivalent to a full dinner, ensuring that you do not need to eat dinner beforehand.
